Summary: Nuri is a simple Flareon. He's also the big brother of a family of many younger brothers and sisters. He's also a father to a family. There are many experiences in his life, and he's writing it out due to his wife's encouragement. This is his tale.
Well, guess I shouldn't hold back any longer. This is the current story I've been working on. I may make edits here and there, so I'll point them out in these section headers if there's any major changes that affect the plot (which I don't think will happen, but you never know!). I hope you enjoy The Tales of a Flareon!

Chapter 2 (In the Works)
There’s many Pokémon who write out their stories because they have some great story to tell, like saving the world or something that’s worth writing. Of course, I’m not one who has any special heroism like that. I’m just a simple Flareon. I really didn’t feel like writing much about myself, but after some persuasion from my beautiful wife, I decided I would write out my life story. Boring, I know, but she stroked my ego. After all, an “awesome Flareon such as myself should have a story passed down to everyone”. Honestly, I need to control my conceited ego, but I just love my wife too much.
Guess I should start out my life story with some things about me. My name is Nuri Hazakami (my wife came up with the last name), and, as I stated, I’m a Flareon. I’m the oldest brother of eight, I am the husband to an incredibly wondrous wife, and I’m the father of four living children; one blood-related, the other three adopted. Technically, one of them is my niece, but I consider her my daughter all the same. I’ll introduce them as I go along in my life tale, since I’m starting at the beginning beginning.
So, fun facts about me. My name literally means my fire. What type are Flareons? Fire-types. Mom and Dad were psychics in naming us because all of us represent our names in some form or way. Or they convinced us to go along a certain path of evolution. Basically, all our names suited us individually in some way.
I think I explained enough about myself for now. Let’s start with my first memories that I can remember; my childhood. My parents, Hantinau, a strong Vaporeon who kept our clan safe, and Belluanda, one of the most beautiful Leafeons you’ll ever meet, gave birth to a small foxish Pokémon in a forest outside the boundaries of Jubilife City, a city in Sinnoh. We called the forest “Gracious Branch” since the place was secluded from dangerous feral Pokémon and had a decent amount of berries and other food growing inside to survive.
I hatched as a reckless Eevee. Apparently, when I was born, I was pretty feisty and tried to bite a Caterpie. Ended up being wrapped up in a web for the Ariados and Spinarak to eat somehow. Growing up though, there’s a phrase my father told me throughout my life, which may have influenced me to become a Flareon. It’s been told time and time again that I can quote it word to word. “You will be the fire everyone desires.” When I started growing up, I thought it meant that everyone would want to be like me, and that I was destined to be a Flareon. At least one of those were true; I was destined to be a Flareon. However, I sorta grew up very selfish, self-centered, egotistical, self-absorbed, narcissistic, and all sorts of overconfidence. Mostly self-centered. Basically, I was a brat.
I was taken care of my parents alone for about a few months before a pair of twin sisters came along, both healthy Eevees. These two were Neve and Nikki, which made me wonder if my parents were thinking about going for an “n” naming system among our siblings. Neve and Nikki were practically opposites; Nikki was really outgoing and reckless while Neve was pretty calm and careful, but they loved each other a lot. Even to this day, they’re inseparable.
After a few weeks, a third sister came along named Sanuye, who I never really liked. Still don’t. Could say that I hate her, but that’s such a strong word. Then again, that perfectly describes how I feel about her. I could go on and on about why I hate her, but I don’t want to explain things now. No, you’re going to start understanding my hatred of her as you go along reading this.
Even with those three sisters, our parents still treated me very well. They were proud of me because I was going to be the protector of the family, so I may have gotten more attention than I deserved. My siblings were pretty irritated with my gloating about being the best Eevee there was, and they usually would avoid me as much as they could.
Meanwhile, Sanuye was the popular one of our siblings for her advice and brilliance. When I was younger, I was jealous that Sanuye got the attention of everyone else and, to my younger self, I was angry with her for not taking any pride in it. She was always buried in those human books and never took notice of the love everyone was giving her. We both got into a lot of arguments because of our differences, but she would always be the one who won in the end when we were kids. She was always the smart one when it came to knowledge.
A few more months later, Deirdre was born, and she adored Sanuye. Practically couldn’t separate her from her bigger sister next in line. Arika came next a few days later, and she was shy. Really shy. In fact, she would run away from me if she even sensed I was going to be near her out of fear that I would hurt her. To make it clear, I never hurt any of my siblings unless we were training and practice battling to prepare ourselves against predators, and even then, I wouldn’t hurt them badly and made sure they could get treatment afterward.
After so many sisters, I question the human’s scale of the male and female ratio. It states there are seven males to one female, yet here I was with five sisters to myself, the only male. I rejoiced when we finally had another male Eevee. Bedagi was his name, and he caused quite a commotion when he hatched. Extremely energetic, wouldn’t stop running around after he was born… It was easy to tell what he would evolve into back when we were growing up.
I believe that's a good summary of my life before I became a Flareon. My family was pretty big. Seven children, seven Eevees, seven different possibilities. And when the seventh child was born… This is where my tale begins. The tale of a simple, egotistical Flareon who learned to become a big brother.
